Shipping

Your order will be despatched within 2 working days of receipt and will usually arrive within 7 days. If the delivery time is important to you, please send us an e-mail, quoting the order number and we will try our best to get it into the post the next day. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY SHIP TO ADDRESSES WITHIN THE UK.


We try to display items which are currently in stock, however if your item is not in stock for any reason, we will back order it for you.

You will be e-mailed with the option to cancel your order and your money will be refunded in full if you would rather not wait.


Returns – unwanted/faulty items

If you have any reason to return goods, please advise us by e-mailing
customerservice@gifts-chicane.co.uk with the reason for returning. Return your purchase to the postal address below.

If you are unhappy with your purchase within 7 days from receipt, you may return the goods to us. We will refund the price of goods only. Postage and packing charges for sending or returning the goods cannot be refunded.


In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or damaged goods from us, please inform us and return goods, we will arrange a refund or replacement. In this case, we will refund postage costs.


All items must be returned complete and in their original packaging.

We cannot be held responsible for goods in transit that are being returned to us. We recommend you use recorded delivery to obtain proof of posting.
